We are looking for a dependable and skilled Carpenter to join our residential construction team. This role involves hands-on work across a variety of job sites, supporting framing, structural work, repairs, remodels and general carpentry tasks. This role is designed to grow with you. If you show up consistently and take pride in your work, you’ll have opportunities to take on more responsibility and move up through skill-based levels.

Location: On Jobsite - Greater King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties
Pay: $28–$38/hr DOE
Job Type: Full-Time

What you can expect

• Operating power tools including but not limited to saws, nail guns

• Precise, meticulous measurement when cutting materials - ability to accurately measure, calculate, and execute precise cuts with minimal margin of error using basic math

• Exposure to different aspects of construction such as, but not limited to: general labor, foundations, framing, demo, remodels, and finishing work

• A path to grow based on your skills, effort, and consistency

What we’re looking for

• Reliable and punctual, must have transportation

• At least 1 year of relevant construction experience

• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and outdoor conditions

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to complete tasks on time with little guidance

• Safe work and dexterity

• Tools/Bags, willing to build own set highly preferred

• Driver's License (Required)

• Must be 18+ (Required)

Helpful but not required

• Ability to read blueprints

• OSHA 10/30 Training

Carpenter pay scale $29-38/hr DOE
Competitive hourly pay with discretionary bonuses tied to company performance and individual contribution
